Terms and conditions
ARTICLE 1: APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to reservations made by the Client. These GTC are available to Clients on our website. Any reservation implies the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
ARTICLE 2: RESERVATION PROCEDURE
For all Clients, the reserved rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. They must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure, failing which an additional night's stay at the public rate may be charged.
1/ Reservations can be made directly at the hotel, by email, or by phone. Except for last-minute reservations, this method requires confirmation by the Hotel. If the reservation is made through our partners’ websites or directly with one of our partners, no confirmation from the Hotel will be sent to the client.
The Client selects the services they wish to book on the website as follows:
- Selection of room type and rate
- Selection of additional services, if applicable
- Verification and validation of reservation details, total reservation amount, and rate conditions
- Entering personal information
- Inputting credit card details for guarantees or prepayments
- Reviewing and accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and rate conditions before confirming the reservation
- Confirming the reservation
The Client acknowledges having been informed about the nature, purpose, and reservation terms of the services offered by the Hotel and confirms having obtained the necessary information to make an informed reservation. The Client is solely responsible for their choice of services and their suitability for their needs, and the Hotel cannot be held liable in this regard.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information on the reservation form and guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.
The contractual information is presented in French and confirmed at the latest upon validation of the reservation by the Client.
For reservations made exclusively online, the booking is confirmed when the Client accepts the GTC by checking the appropriate box and validating the reservation. The Client can verify the reservation details, total price, and correct errors before confirming. This validation constitutes acceptance of the GTC and serves as proof of the sales contract.
The Client must verify the accuracy of the reservation and immediately report any errors.
The sale of Services is considered final only after the Client receives confirmation of the reservation acceptance by the Hotel via email and after full payment has been received.
Any reservation made on the Hotel's website constitutes the formation of a remote contract between the Client and the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation from a Client involved in a dispute regarding payment for a previous reservation.
Each reservation is personal and may not be transferred to a third party.
ARTICLE 3: CANCELLATION
The billing is based on the services ordered for the entire stay, and the Client must carefully review the cancellation terms below.
1/ The following are considered cancellations:
- Changes to the reservation dates
- Non-payment of required deposits
- Verbal or written notification of the Client’s inability to attend due to personal reasons
Flexible Rate Cancellation:
For cancellations of flexible rate reservations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled stay, the amount corresponding to the first night's stay will be retained by the Hotel as compensation for the loss incurred.
Non-Refundable Rate Cancellation/Modification:
For cancellations or modifications of non-refundable rate reservations, the full prepaid amount will be retained. The same applies in the case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date.
ARTICLE 4: RATES
The services offered are provided at the rates indicated on the Hotel's website at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in Euros, both excluding and including taxes.
Rates include applicable reductions provided by the Hotel and are valid during their specified period. The Hotel reserves the right to modify rates outside this period.
Prices are shown per room for the selected number of people and date. Rates are confirmed to the Client inclusive of all taxes, excluding the city tax payable on-site.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT TERMS
Depending on the rate plan, payment may be required either upon booking (Non-Refundable Rate) or upon arrival (Flexible Rate). Payments can be made via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
ARTICLE 6: TRANSPORT
The Hotel does not provide transport services and cannot be held responsible for transportation issues such as delays or cancellations.
ARTICLE 7: SERVICE PROVISION
The reserved services, including room reservations and additional services, are provided per the GTC. Clients may be asked to complete a police form and present identification upon arrival.
ARTICLE 8: SMOKING POLICY
The Hotel is entirely non-smoking. Any smoking within the Hotel premises will result in a cleaning fee of €150.
ARTICLE 9: PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel. Clients arriving with pets will be denied access.
ARTICLE 10: LIABILITY, DAMAGE, AND THEFT
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused during their stay.
ARTICLE 11: CLIENT MISCONDUCT OR DAMAGE
The Hotel reserves the right to evict any Client whose behavior disrupts the peace or violates Hotel policies.
ARTICLE 12: RELOCATION
In case of unavailability, the Hotel may relocate Clients to an equivalent Hotel.
ARTICLE 13: GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE
These GTC are governed by Belgian law and written in French.
ARTICLE 14: DISPUTES
Disputes unresolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts under Belgian law.
